A superhero story about a telekinetic superhero known as "Neuron" who gains telekinetic powers following an emergency brain surgery. His alter ego is Henry Lawrence, an officer in the United States Air Force whose flying career was cut short following a devastating crash caused by chronic headaches and vision problems. Henry is now an Air Force "JAG", or Judge Advocate General, but he longs for the day that he can return to the skies. One day, Henry reports to his office at Walter Rotnache Air Force Base in Carrizozo, New Mexico and collapses from an intense headache. He is rushed to a nearby hospital and mysterious mass is discovered in his brain.
